I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but they could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. They were still decent and adequate in size for my family of four. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, always accommodating our needs. The location was great, within walking distance to the waterfront with dining options and galleries, and a shuttle service that made exploring the city convenient. The dining experience was better than at some other hotels, offering a variety of options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
